2024 Youth Band Applications Are Now Open!

The IBMA Youth Committee is now accepting applications from young artists to perform at 2024 IBMA World of Bluegrass! This year, in an effort to maximize opportunities and increase exposure for youth, selected youth bands will have the opportunity to perform a full set on one of the many stages and showcases at IBMA World of Bluegrass. These performance opportunities are in lieu of the IBMA Youth Stage.

To complete an application, applicants must provide a primary contact, band/artist information, and other supporting materials. There are limited performance slots, and we encourage applicants to submit their best materials. Applicants must be 22 years of age or younger in order to be eligible. Those accepted into Kids on Bluegrass or Bluegrass Club may still apply as a Youth Band. There is no application fee.

Complete your application by August 9!
