SHORT & SWEET INSTRUCTIONS
- Copy the member passcode sent to you by the IBMA. Please note the member code is case-sensitive.
- Purchase tickets/registration by clicking the link below.
- After selecting your tickets/registration, paste the member passcode in your online shopping cart to complete your purchase.
- After purchase, find your IBMA Hotel Block link on the confirmation screen AND in your confirmation email from Etix.
- Click the hotel link to reserve your rooms in the IBMA Hotel Block.

All available information and rates, including IBMA Business Conference registration, Exhibit Hall booths, and tickets for IBMA Bluegrass Ramble, IBMA Bluegrass Music Awards, and IBMA Bluegrass Live! powered by PNC can be found at worldofbluegrass.org.
Priority access to tickets and the IBMA Hotel Block is available to IBMA members only until June 15, at which time tickets and hotel block will open to the general public. DON’T WAIT!
When you check out, to gain member-only priority access to tickets/registration, you must to enter the member code found at the top of this email. You’ll find the box to enter the passcode in your online shopping cart.
IBMA BLUEGRASS LIVE! TICKET PROCESS
Step 1: Choose your desired seating section.
Step 2: Choose your desired seat(s) and select “Member Reserved” price code.
Step 3: Enter the IBMA Member passcode and click “Continue”.

IBMA HOTEL BLOCK
Buy any of the following to qualify for the IBMA Hotel Block discount:
- IBMA Business Conference registration
- IBMA Bluegrass Music Awards Show ticket
- IBMA Bluegrass Live! ticket
- Exhibit Booth
Once you have completed the purchase of your ticket/registration, you will see a confirmation screen. You will also be sent an email confirmation (be sure to check your spam/junk folder). Both include a link to access the private IBMA Hotel Block.
Purchase of tickets/registration qualifies you for access to the hotel block but does not guarantee a room. We recommend you book your hotel IMMEDIATELY after your ticket/registration purchase! Rooms in the Marriott, Sheraton, and Residence Inn hotels sell out very quickly every year for our event.
Note: All hotel reservations will be made directly with the hotels. The IBMA office does not have access to the hotels’ reservation systems. The links you receive in your ticket confirmation screen will take you directly to the hotels’ online reservation site.

CURRENT STATE & LOCAL GUIDELINES
As of May 14, 2021, the Governor of North Carolina has determined that the capacity restrictions, social distancing requirements, should be lifted in all settings and the general face covering requirement should be lifted in most settings. The IBMA will continue to monitor local guidelines and put safety precautions in place in accordance with state, local, and CDC recommendations as those evolve.
