Included with your exhibit booth purchase:

  • Vendor wifi: conduct business on a secure network with peace of mind.
  • Customer Service: we are here to help you have a positive experience and answer any questions. Please remember, this is a small staff coordinating a very large event. We do our very best to make it worth your while!
  • Official World of Bluegrass Promotion: Your brand will be listed in the World of Bluegrass conference program and mobile app, and receive high visibility on the large directories outside the Exhibit Hall.
  • Conference Passes: attend conference sessions, networking events, Awards luncheons, and more!
    • 10×10 booth receives: 1 conference pass and two assistant passes*
    • 10×20 booth receives: 2 conference passes and up to four assistant passes*
    • 20×20 booth receives: 3 conference passes and up to six assistant passes*World of Bluegrass Promotion:

PARKING PASSES: Requests MUST be received in advance. Parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED in Downtown Raleigh and must be pre-arranged with IBMA. Any vendors who arrive onsite demanding a parking pass cannot be accommodated.

*Anyone with assistant passes is allowed entry into the exhibit hall entry only, plus nightly entry into the Ramble showcases. Number of assistant passes needed is coordinated with IBMA.

  • The Exhibit Hall is open to Conference Attendees ONLY on Wednesday and Thursday. Exhibit Hall is open to the public Friday and Saturday.
  • All vendors must purchase an IBMA membership to participate.
  • Booth purchase includes one (1) complimentary conference registration for a 10×10 booth along with two assistant passes (see full exhibitor perks). Assistant passes give those persons access in and out of the Exhibit Hall ONLY during the industry conference (Tues—Thurs) and entry to the Bluegrass Ramble showcases in the evenings.
